The Black Church Food Security Network (BCFSN) is searching for our next Deputy Director–a people-centered leader who believes in the power of community and Black-led food systems.
BCFSN is a nationally respected, faith-rooted organization bringing Black churches, farmers, and communities together in pursuit of food sovereignty. Our work is grounded in dignity, self-determination, and ensuring our communities have what they need to thrive.
The Deputy Director is a key leadership role that will help carry this movement forward — supporting staff, strengthening internal systems, and helping build the operational backbone needed for sustainable growth.
