Since 2019, the Black Church Food Security Network has been providing paid Fellowship opportunities that help point the genius of college students toward tackling one of society’s greatest challenges – food insecurity. Now we’re taking our Fellowship program to the next level!  In partnership with The African Diaspora Alliance, we are taking a delegation of college students to Cuba for an Alternative Spring Break trip in March 2024.

Moriah Ray will lead our delegation as we study social justice and food sovereignty in Cuba and enjoy experiences with ReglaSoul.

Please consider making a donation toward this experience! For many of our undergraduate college students it’s their first time traveling abroad.  Make your tax-deductible donation today by visiting https://bit.ly/BCFSNDonate. Put “Spring Break” in the memo section so we know to apply it to this experience.

Thank you for investing in the genius of our young people and the future of food sovereignty organizing!
